Early in March 2018, Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. signed an EPC contract of 5MW Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant for cement line with Turkey SANKO Group BARTIN Cement Plant.

Turkey SANKO Group started in 1904, they mainly have six sections, including Textile, Energy, Cement, Packaging, Construction Equipment and Real Estate. SANKO Group's total asset is among the best in Turkey large-scale enterprises. Currently, SANKO Group has three cement plants: BARTIN Cement Plant, ?imkoCement Plant and Ad?yaman Cement Plant, and their total annual clinker production is 4,700,000 tons and annual cement production is 7,450,000 tons.

BARTIN Cement Plant WHRPP project installed capacity is 5MW and equipped with 2 boilers and 1 turbine-generator. This is STEC’s fourth project in Turkey and the construction of this project will make an important contribution for STEC to consolidation of the Turkish market and the further expansion of the WHRPP business in Eurasia region.
