On September 2, 2021, an EPC contract of waste heat recovery power plant (WHRPP) project for Bangladesh 600 t/d float glass production line contracted by Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (STEC).has been successfully signed and started on the same day. The project is the auxiliary project of the third float glass production line built by China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CTIEC) for Nasir Group. It will be constructed simultaneously with the production line and it will be synchronized with power grid at the end of 2022

The project is the first glass kiln waste heat recovery project signed by STEC since its establishment, marking the successful entry of STEC into the glass industry. With more than ten years of mature technology in the field of waste heat power generation in cement and steel industries at domestic and overseas and the design concept of constant innovation and renewal, STEC will maximize the economic benefits for Bangladesh Nasir Group and help the company in a new breakthrough in energy conservation and consumption reduction.

CTIEC has been cooperating with Bangladesh Nasir Group for 19 years since 2002. With the increasingly smooth economic and trade cooperation channel between China and Bangladesh, the successful signing of the project not only expands the new international territory of STEC, but also helps the "Triumph Group" to expand and strengthen in the international market.
