In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on safety production and ecological environmental protection, and to implement the relevant safety work arrangements of the SASAC and the Ministry of Emergency Management, in accordance with the work requirements of China National Building Material Limited（CNBM）and Triumph Group, Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (STEC) has continued to focus on safe production in recent times.

STEC has successively learned and conveyed the spirit of the "National Safety Production Video Conference of the State Council", "Central Enterprise Safety Production Video Conference", "National Mine Safety Production Work Conference" and the speech of Li Xinhua, deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of CNBM, strengthening responsibility, meticulous measures, and building a system to create a new situation in safe production. and work report of Zhang Jian, secretary of the party committee and general manager of Triumph Group, compact the main responsibilities, implement the work measures in detail, and escort the construction of a world-class enterprise on the "3+1" strategic layout of new glass materials.

According to the work deployment of Triumph Group, STEC strengthen the construction of safety production management system, and requires domestic and foreign project sites to carry out comprehensive investigation and education work, such as Huaxin Jinlong WHR project, Chongqing Jiuxin WHR project, Tongcheng new energy WHR project, Tanzania WHR project. The work carried out includes but is not limited to equipment inspection and maintenance, electricity safety inspection, fire protection facility inspection, special rectification safety meeting for high-altitude work, hidden danger investigation, strengthening of emergency response capabilities, and various training and document management.

In 2022, relevant work will be continuously strengthened according to the following safety production control ideas:

1、 Always take "safety first, prevention crucial and comprehensive treatment" as the guiding principle, in line with the principle of being responsible for people and for the enterprise, and focusing on the purpose of avoiding safety accidents, implement the safety management concept of "unsafe then no construction, no confirmation then no operation", and strive to create a safe and harmonious safety accident free goal;

2、 Strengthen education and training, improve the overall quality of employees, focus on the management and control of major risk sources and major risk operation projects, pay close attention to on-site management, increase the frequency of patrol inspection and improve personnel management, comprehensively promote safety standardization and continuously improve the level of safety management;

3、 Complete various works as planned throughout the year, such as emergency drill, monthly safety production activities, safety culture exchange. Complete the corresponding safety management meetings every week, every month and every quarter throughout the year; Complete the on-site data review and archiving.

In 2022, STEC will effectively improve its political position, establish the concept of "great safety", take safety production, environmental protection and epidemic prevention and control as the bottom line of enterprise safety development, and coordinate safety production and enterprise production and operation activities.
