On January 5, 2022, Chairman Yao Dan, General Manager Gao Yanfei, and Executive Deputy General Manager Jin Suqing of Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd.(STEC) went to the site of Northern Cement Jingang Tieling cement plantfor a return visit and exchange.

The 7.5MW waste heat recovery project+ 2.8MW drivingsystem implemented bySTECfor NorthernJingang Tieling Cement has been synchronized for power generation on April 30, 2021, and has been put into operation for half a year.In line with the concept of serving customers, led by members of the STEC's leadership team, braved the severe cold weather in the Northeast, and deeply understood the early operation of the waste heat recoverysystemand fully communicated with the owner on the next rectification and optimization plan, and made specific arrangements for the project personnel in a targeted manner.

Afterwards, the two sides had a heated discussion on how to better develop the plantunder the "dual carbon" policy. The two sides said that they would closely follow the national policy requirements, and should take the lead in smartand carbon emission reduction. On the basis of the application of the one-key start-stop new technology, more technical updates and cooperation will be carried out in the future in terms of plant smartoperation and maintenance and CO2capture.
