On January 11, Triumph Group held the work report meeting of member enterprises 2022 to report and summarize the production and operation in 2022 and plan the work tasks in 2023. Peng Shou, academician of the chinese academy of engineering, chief engineer of CNBM, and chairman of Triumph Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhang Jian, secretary of the party committee and general manager of Triumph Group, presided over the meeting.

Peng Shou listened carefully to the work reports of member enterprises and fully affirmed the achievements made in 2022. He pointed out that 2022 was the key year for the implementation of the "3+1" strategy for new glass materials of Triumph Group, as well as the year of restructuring and integration, the year of platform construction and the year of overcoming difficulties. Under the strategic guidance of CNBM, all the staff of Triumph Group have been united and worked hard, and the work has been steadily advanced, and the objectives and tasks have been successfully completed.

Opportunities and challenges coexist in the new year. With regard to the work in 2023, Peng Shou stressed that first, we should firmly adhere to strategic guidance and profound ideological understanding. Follow the strategy of CNBM, anchor the "3+1" strategic track of new glass materials, listen carefully, think carefully, think deeply, summarize the experience and lessons, carefully plan the work in 2023, and start the layout. Second, we should benchmark first-class enterprises and strengthen the "three refined" management. Bench marking first-class to find gaps, conscientiously implementing the organization, management and operation of lean, cost reduction and efficiency increase, innovative model, achieving a healthier system, more efficient operation, more prominent benefits, and creating a New Area with high-quality development. Third, we should seize development opportunities and strengthen responsibility. We should truly recognize the responsibilities and responsibilities, manage their own "internal affairs", strive to create greater benefits for each platform, carry forward the spirit of Triumph people's courage to take responsibility and act, and strive to build a world-class high-tech industrial group of new glass materials.
