On February 14, 2025, Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (STEC) successfully convened its 2024 Annual Work Summary Conference. Company executives and all employees participated both online and offline, with Vice President Zeng Yizhou presiding over the event.
During the meeting, department heads presented highlights and achievements from the past year, analyzed shortcomings, and outlined future improvement plans. These presentations comprehensively demonstrated the company’s deep commitment to the energy generation and dual-carbon (carbon peaking and neutrality) sectors. CFO Ding Yihui then outlined Triumph Science & Technology Group’s "Three Major Battles" in 2025, setting a strategic framework for the year ahead.
In his address, General Manager Jin Suqing emphasized that 2024 was an extraordinary year in the company’s history. Overseas project signing rates hit a record high, with newly signed international projects accounting for 85% of total contracts. Additionally, the company achieved breakthroughs in cross-industry and cross-sector market expansion, securing multiple milestone agreements. Throughout the year, 8 major projects were completed and accepted, including the Qingzhou Project, which received high praise from the Building Materials Association. Mr. Jin also highlighted advancements in R&D innovation and institutional development. For 2025, he outlined specific requirements: strengthening market presence, expanding incremental growth to enhance operational metrics; fostering core competitiveness through "authentic innovation and capturing variables"; and improving profitability and employee income by prioritizing quality. He encouraged employees to continuously elevate their technical expertise and embrace interdisciplinary learning to drive high-quality development.
The conference concluded with Chairman Gao Yanfei presenting awards and certificates to exemplary employees and model workers of 2024. In her closing remarks, she commended the accomplishments of all departments and set forth key priorities for 2025: 1. Further refine and implement project incentive mechanisms. 2. Enhance management systems to boost efficiency, achieve market breakthroughs through strategic operations, and rigorously reduce costs. 3.
