Recently, a delegation from the global leading building materials giant HOLCIM Group, including Simon Kronenberg, CEO of HOLCIM Central and Eastern Europe; Ram Muthu, Global Operations Head; and Mathan Durairaj, Global Procurement and Logistics Director, visited the headquarters of Triumph Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Triumph Group) for business cooperation discussions. The meeting was attended by Yin Zibo, Chief Operating Officer of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM), Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Triumph Group; Wang Congxiao, Deputy General Manager of Triumph Group; and Gao Yanfei, President Assistant of China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CTIEC) and Chairman of Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (STEC).
Prior to the meeting, the HOLCIM delegation toured Triumph Group’s exhibition hall. Wang Congxiao provided a detailed introduction to the group’s history, technological achievements, core businesses, and successful domestic and international projects. The delegation highly commended Triumph Group’s accomplishments in integrating the “three chains” (innovation, engineering, and industry) and expressed eagerness to establish close cooperation, jointly exploring dual-driven development through technological and industrial innovation.
At the meeting, Yin Zibo extended a warm welcome to the HOLCIM delegation. Gao Yanfei, representing CTIEC and STEC, introduced Triumph Group’s decade-long achievements in the “Dual Carbon” field, including technological innovations, standard system development, and global market expansion. She also shared the group’s extensive experience in domestic and international large-scale EPC projects. Simon Kronenberg spoke highly of Triumph Group’s “200,000-ton Annual CO? Capture and Purification Project at China United Cement Qingzhou Co., Ltd.,” recognizing the project’s internationally leading high-efficiency, low-energy-consumption carbon capture technology. He further proposed deepening collaboration not only in engineering projects but also in global scientific research.
This visit marks a significant milestone in strengthening mutual trust and understanding between HOLCIM and Triumph Group, laying a solid foundation for broader and deeper cooperation in the future. With joint efforts, both parties are poised to contribute substantial momentum toward accelerating the global realization of carbon neutrality goals.
