STEC Successfully Holds Third Session Sixth Board Meeting

On June 5, 2025, Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (STEC) successfully convened its ‘Third Session Sixth Board Meeting’. All directors, supervisors, and senior management gathered to consolidate consensus and chart the course for the company’s high-quality development. STEC Chairman Gao Yanfei, Vice Chairman Takeo Kato, Director and General Manager Jin Suqing attended the meeting, which was chaired by Executive Deputy General Manager Zeng Yizhou.

At the meeting, Jin Suqing first delivered a comprehensive summary of the company’s 2024 operational activities and outlined the 2025 business plan and objectives. He then reviewed the progress of the five-year plan proposed in 2021 against actual achievements and presented four voting items covering corporate operations and organizational structure. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on strategic development, business advancement, and risk management, reaching broad consensus.

Subsequently, Takeo Kato, representing Mitsubishi Corporation, highly commended STEC’s recent achievements in advancing core business development. He affirmed Mitsubishi’s continued support for STEC’s expansion into emerging fields such as green environmental protection and renewable energy. He further pledged to provide guidance and assistance in local tax, legal, and regulatory matters to facilitate STEC’s strategic push for localized deployment in overseas markets.

In closing, Gao Yanfei expressed gratitude for Mitsubishi Corporation’s longstanding support since STEC’s establishment. She emphasized STEC’s deep expertise in the power generation sector and its capability to leverage leading carbon capture technology for market expansion. She also highlighted ongoing efforts by STEC’s leadership to foster high-level communication between parent companies Triumph Group (CTIEC) and Mitsubishi Corporation, aiming to deepen comprehensive, multi-domain collaboration.

The meeting clarified STEC’s development trajectory and injected strong momentum for advancing strategic goals and key tasks. Mitsubishi representatives also visited the exhibition hall of STEC’s shareholder, CTIEC, gaining deeper insights into its evolution. This visit is expected to further enhance strategic synergy between the two shareholders and drive STEC’s high-quality growth.
