Second, drive innovation: at the technical level, vigorously promote the standardization of power plants and accelerate the R&D process of adsorbents/absorbents, at the methodological level, optimize market plans, processes, and employment models to improve the company’s operational efficiency. Third, ensure the implementation of plans as a guarantee by refining the team system, realizing the unification of responsibilities and powers, and improving the risk control mechanism covering schedule, quality, safety and other aspects to ensure the steady development of the company.
Chairman Gao Yanfei acknowledged the departments’ efforts and emphasized three focal points. First, in the face of the severe challenges in 2026 and the ‘15th Five-Year Plan’ period, STEC will grasp the new situation, anchor new coordinates, and adhere to the development path of internationalization and greenization; consolidating core markets while breaking into emerging ones, and promoting low?carbon models. Second, take system construction as the cornerstone, systematically promote the restructuring of organizational structure and processes, drive the future with vitality, and fully stimulate the organization’s internal motivation andcollaborative efficiency. Third, as holidays approach, all employees must strictly abide by integrity discipline and resolutely resist all kinds of interest temptations. At the same time, strengthen safety awareness; all employees must strictly follow safety norms to ensure a safe holiday.
In conclusion, Gao Yanfei called on all employees of STEC to unite closely, adhere to shared goals, and jointly create a new brilliant chapter for STEC in 2026.
