Project NewsRecently, the 9MW waste heat power generation project at the Hekimhan siderite calcination plant in Turkey, undertaken by Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. on a general contracting basis, has delivered good news — the performance test was successfully completed. The successful fulfillment of this project marks the stable operation of the first siderite waste heat power station in the Eurasian region, establishing a new technical benchmark in this field.
The project underwent 72 hours of stable continuous operation, during which the owner’s Hekimhan team (Hekimhan Madencilik ?thalat ?hracat Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.?.) and the Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation team jointly carried out data calibration and performance assessment. The performance test results exceeded the contractual guaranteed values, fully verifying the high efficiency and reliability of the unit.
Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation has long been dedicated to the industrial waste heat power generation sector and has successively executed over ten projects in the Turkish market, firmly securing its leading position in the local waste heat power generation market. The Hekimhan project (Waste Heat Recovery System at Hekimhan Siderite Calcination Plant) adopts advanced air-cooled circulation technology and overcomes challenges such as significant fluctuations in siderite calcination conditions, providing valuable experience for waste heat utilization of similar mineral resources worldwide. In a letter of commendation, the owner highly recognized Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation’s professionalism and technical expertise demonstrated during project execution, and expressed anticipation for future cooperation. Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation will continue to contribute "China Solutions" to global green and low-carbon development.
