As Hebei province’s fist and China’s 3rd regional regulation—Han Dan City Bulk Cement and Pre-mixed Concrete Control Regulations has been carried out for 10 years since 1st October, 2005. It has greatly promoted the development of Han Dan City’s bulk cement development. According to the statistics, up to now, pre-mixed concrete’s utilization rate in main urban area has reached over 95%. Pre-mixed mortar’s utilization has reached 20%. Bulk cement’s utilization rate has reached over 95%, all ranks the top in Hebei Province.
