On 20th August, Yunnan province holds the energy conservation, carbon reduction, and dealing of climate changing work video and telephone meeting, which rearrange the target of this and next year’s energy conservation and carbon reduction work to ensure that Yunnan province can finish the energy conservation and carbon reduction target to promote the ecological civilization construction.
